Happy BEE-lated Birthday

I made this for my husband's grandmother. She turned 85 this past Friday and with it being the last week/day of school, it completely slipped my mind to send her a card. (We did call her though!! =]) Since we're the Bugbee's and she is as well, I thought that this would be fitting. So "Happy BEE-lated Birthday Grandma!"
I hope everyone has a great week!!

Mojo Monday Challenge 140

I made this card for the Mojo Monday sketch.....
Here's my card. I used my Sweethearts cartridge for the frog. He had a crown, but I left it off. I cuttlebugged his mouth and did some doodling on him. I also printed off my sentiment from my computer. Super, super easy card!!

Again, everyone have a great Memorial Day weekend!!

MPS Father's Day Challenge

I made this card for my father-in-law for father's day. He loves comments and sentiments like this so I thought it would be perfect for him. It was a very simple card to make. I used my Sweethearts cartridge and cut the tree in the blackout feature and then used my cuttlebug for the treetop and the base of the card. I also used my computer to print out the sentiment!
I hope everyone has a fabulous Memorial Day weekend!!

Graduation Card

I made this graduation card for a friend at church who just graduated from high school. Her school colors were orange and blue. I tried something new this time with the ribbon. I ran my ATG gun tape across the back and then bunched it on the card. I then took my sewing machine and sewed a straight line across it. MPS showed how to do it in her video here. I used Plantin Schoolbook for the "g" and the star. I used my computer to print out the "raduation" and the "Class of 2010." I really love the way that it turned out!!
I hope that everyone has a great rest of the week!! **I know I will, it's the last week of school!! WAHOOO!!!!

I made this card using the "Sweethearts" cart, which I LOVE! It's a standard A2 card that I made for some friends of ours who are getting married this weekend! Congrats Dustin and Heather!!

MPS Color Challenge: Brown, Green, Yellow

TGIF!! I finally had some time to at least work on one card this afternoon and I made this one for the MPS Color Challenge: Brown, Green, and Yellow. I got the Forever Young cart last weekend and haven't used it yet. I cut this flower from FY at 3 1/4. My ribbon is a little raggedy so I will have to fix that later! Oops!
I hope that everyone has a great weekend!!

National Scrapbook Day: MPS Challenge #12

This is my card for the 12th and final challenge over at MPS. The challenge was to create a project with an animal or critter. If any of you have been watching the news and have seen what's going on in Middle TN right now, you will understand my card. Middle TN has experienced some of the worst flooding that the state has ever seen. So I thought that a rubber ducky would be perfect for this challenge.
And thank goodness it's the last one!

National Scrapbook Day: MPS Challenge #11

This card is for the MPS challenge 11, "Colors of the Rainbow." I used my Plantin Schoolbook Cartridge and cut the star in the Roly Poly feature.

National Scrapbook Day: MPS Challenge #10

This card is for MPS challenge 10 "May Day." I again used my Wild Card Cartridge to cut this flower card.

National Scrapbook Day: MPS Challenge #9

This card is for challenge 9 at MPS. The challenge was to create a shaped project. I used my Wild Card cart to cut out the Owl Card.

National Scrapbook Day: MPS Challenge #8

This card is for challenge 8 at MPS. This challenge was to create a monochromatic (only one color) project. I made this card using my Wild Card Cartridge, the Argyle Card.

National Scrapbook Day: MPS Challenge #7

This is for NSD challenge at MPS. The challenge was to make something for your dad. I picked up this motorcycle die cut at a scrapbook store in mind for something for my dad. My parents just both got Harley's for their 25th anniversary. I again added Stickles to the motorcycle because it needed a little something extra.

National Scrapbook Day: MPS Challenge #6

This challenge was to make something for a child. It was a perfect challenge for me because I have a friend who's son is turning 5 this week! I used my Doodlecharms cartridge for the dog and added Stickles to his ears, eye, and nose. (I don't know what's up with me and Stickles today! haha)

National Scrapbook Day: MPS Challenge #5

The 5th challenge at MPS was to make something for Teacher Appreciation Week that is coming up. I'm a teacher so I loved this challenge! After the last challenge of using a cart that you don't use very often, I thought I would continue and try to use my Preserves Cartridge again. I also added some Stickles again to "bling" it up! haha

National Scrapbook Day: MPS Challenge #4

This is my card for challenge #4 over at MPS. This challenge was to use your "Least Liked" or "Least Used" cartridge. I love my Preserves cartridge, but hardly ever use it. I cut the cherries at 3.5 and this is an A2 card. I added some Stickles to the cherries to give it a little "bling!"

National Scrapbook Day: MPS Challenge #2

This is my card for the 2nd challenge at MPS. The challenge was to make something using your scraps. For the center I used my Wild Card Cartridge.

National Scrapbook Day: MPS Challenge #1

Yesterday was National Scrapbook Day and My Pink Stamper had a day full of fun challenges! Her first challenge was to make something for your mother. Here's what I came up with! Enjoy!
